Real-time access to police databases from anywhere, anytime.
A secure, time-saving service tool.
Previously, officers in the Queensland Police Force had to use multiple systems to carry out their everyday tasks, such as searching vehicle registrations or issuing infringement notices. Using this single integrated application, officers now have a way to access any police database straight from the field.
Increasing the efficiency of their field force and improving officer safety was a top priority for the Queensland Police. Using QLiTE's detailed search functionality, officers are able to access real-time personal and organisational information, which greatly improves situational awareness.
The QLiTE platform allows users to access multiple applications, and perform a variety of police tasks, within one simple interface.
Putting officer safety first
The benefits of moving to the QLiTE platform are immense. Saving officers time on unnecessary paperwork and increased safety while in the field, is only the beginning. The decision making process for an officer in the field is now quicker and more informed.
Data quality is far superior than when manually collected and the process of doing so is way more efficient.
The sub-applications that users can access through the QLiTE platform include:
The ability to issue infringement notices from the mobile device is centred on the collection and routing of information required to successfully and securely issue single or multiple infringement notices.
Enables officers in the field to collect extensive information including intercepted location, address information, associations, as well as update personal details.
Allows officers to issue a Move On Direction to move people out of a specific area for a defined period of time. The direction is sent to the person via MMS and email, as well as verbally.
Roadside Drug Testing
Enables the officer to capture key information in relation to the driver, vehicle, GPS location and test results. The officer can complete the occurrence, record the suspension, and upload to Police RMS in real-time.
Police officers are able to view and manage incidents and tasks geospatially in the field. They can now handle tasks assigned to them via their mobile device.
